WHAT MAKES DELAY
DIFFERENT
True circularity. Most brands stop at "eco-friendly materials." We've designed a closed-loop system—lifetime warranty, buy-back, full compostability. Cradle-to-cradle, for real.
Regenerative, not just sustainable. We're not trying to do "less bad." We're actively giving back—to soil health, local economies, traditional craft.
Radical transparency. We break down exactly where your money goes. Materials, labor, environmental initiatives, all of it. No vague claims. No hiding.
Connection over consumption. We're not selling you products. We're inviting you into a relationship—with your clothes, with the makers, with a vision for what fashion can be.
Lifetime commitment. Warranty. Mending. Buy-back. We stand behind what we make because it's designed to last decades.
Handmade, limited releases. Every-two-months drops. Small batches. Ethical pacing that respects both makers and resources.
Community-centered. We're not chasing trends. We're building lasting relationships with people who care about what they wear and where it comes from.

PHILOSOHPY
/OUR DREAM
We envision a world where fashion isn't a fleeting trend but a meaningful exchange between maker and wearer.
Where sustainability isn't about "less harm" but active regeneration—supporting local economies, fostering connection with what we own, ensuring every piece has multiple lives.
We want slow, regenerative design to become the standard. Where every purchase strengthens communities, honors craft, and enriches the planet.

FOUNDER
/OUR BEGINNINGS
I've always wanted to start a brand. But for years, I couldn't justify it.
Why add another brand to an industry already drowning in overproduction, pollution, and exploitation? The fashion world doesn't need more stuff. It needs a complete reset.

I left my previous role as a lead designer because it didn't align with my values. And instead of feeling liberated, I felt stuck. Disheartened. Like maybe I didn't belong in this industry at all.
But here's what I've realized: starting a brand doesn't have to mean adding to the problem.
It can mean building the alternative. Proving that fashion can regenerate, not just "do less harm." Supporting the makers who are already doing it right but can't compete with billion-dollar marketing budgets. Showing people there's another way.
I'm not doing this to sell products and make a profit. I'm doing it to change perspectives. To build community. To bring back the artistry and intention we've lost in the race to make everything cheaper and faster.
I went to fashion school thinking I'd found my people. But I didn't fit in. Everyone knew the couture houses by heart. I came from a small mountain town and honestly didn't care about any of that. I felt out of place—until I took an ethics and sustainability course in second year.
That class changed everything. It showed me there might be space for someone like me after all. Even though the scope of the problem felt crushing.
Delay exists because I want to prove that ethical, regenerative fashion isn't just possible—it's necessary. And it doesn't have to be boring, preachy, or inaccessible.
